1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD orders).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • If there is a delay, our support team will inform you via email or phone.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:

Standard Locations: 2-5 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to their operational policies.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns, clearly mentioned on the product page.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in eligible serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details for COD confirmation.
  • Repeated refusal of genuine COD orders without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD orders.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details.
  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
  • Customers can monitor delivery status using the provided tracking link.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Operational or technical errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging.
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  • Resolution typically takes up to 21 business days depending on courier response.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply in case of incorrect address submission.

9. Taxes

All applicable GST and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Meti Ventures Private Limited shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services beyond our reasonable control.
