Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

At Meti Veda, operated by Meti Ventures Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to keep cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements transparent and fair.

Please mention your order number, full name, product name, and reason for request.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation after shipment or delivery is handled on a case-by-case basis at Company discretion.
  • Orders may be cancelled by us in case of pricing error, stock issues, operational/technical issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests are accepted only for legitimate cases such as:

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item(s) from the package

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos (including unboxing video where applicable).
  • Keep the product unused and in original packaging with labels/invoice.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used products or products with broken seal (except verified quality defect).
  • Requests made beyond the allowed reporting window.
  • Products with tampered/missing labels, serial numbers, or price tags.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unverifiable claims.

5. Replacement Policy

  • As a general rule, replacements are not guaranteed.
  • For verified damaged/defective/incorrect/missing cases, we may offer replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

6. Refund Rules & Deductions

  • Approved refunds are processed only after return verification and quality check (where return pickup applies).
  • A handling/processing fee of INR 200 may be deducted unless waived in writing or under a special campaign.
  • Outbound shipping and return courier charges may be deducted for non-quality returns.
  • If return is due to our verified error (damaged/defective/incorrect/missing item), courier deductions are not applied.
  • For prepaid refund requests approved for non-quality reasons, a flat shipping deduction of INR 100 (FLAT100) may apply.
  • For partial-payment orders, any advance amount paid to confirm the order is non-refundable if customer cancels after order placement.

Net Refund = Purchase Amount - Applicable Handling Fee - Applicable Shipping/Courier Deductions - Any Other Applicable Deduction.

7. Return Pickup & Verification

  • After preliminary approval, pickup is usually scheduled within 1-2 business days (serviceability dependent).
  • Returned items are inspected at our facility before final refund/replacement approval.

8. Refund Timeline

  • After approval, refunds are usually initiated within 5-7 business days.
  • Final credit may take up to 15 working days depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.

9. Promotional / Offer Orders

Orders placed under bundles, special discounts, or promotional campaigns may have specific return/refund terms shown on the product page or offer terms. Those specific terms will apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier/logistics partners beyond our reasonable control.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on our website. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
